The Long-term Capital Improvement Plan was first presented in August, 2023. It serves as District 303's guide for high need capital maintenance projects over multiple years in order to enhance the safety and security of District 303 buildings. The plan will remain adaptable and responsive to the needs of the District.

Community Updates
The Capital Improvement Plan requires adaptability to the needs of the District as existing projects are modified, new projects are considered and funding models change. As such, routine updates are provided to our community during Board meetings to share the latest information.
