District 303’s Capital Improvement Plan is a rolling five-year roadmap for facilities projects across the district. It focuses on high-priority capital needs to maintain safe, functional, and well-maintained learning environments for students and staff. The plan is updated regularly to remain responsive to building conditions, operational needs, and long-term priorities.

Prioritizing District 303 Facilities' Needs

From November of 2025 through March 0f 2026, a group of more than 100 community members in D303 came together to analyze, discuss, and prioritize facilities' needs across the district. At the charge of the D303 School Board, the Committee presented a Final Report that gives voice to the community's expectations and priorities for their schools and learning facilities. The Final Report was officially presented to the D303 School Board at its April 13 meeting, and it is included here.

Community Updates

The Capital Improvement Plan requires adaptability to the needs of the District as existing projects are modified, new projects are considered and funding models change. As such, routine updates are provided to our community during Board meetings to share the latest information.
